I am catching up with posting online my articles.
This is the continuation of the previous article:
So... working in the team is fun. We can all see that we will be able to get much further and we will grow much faster.
But there is one condition here. Well... actually there are 2 conditions although they exclude each other if you look at them closely. And thus one of them is that our objective - as guiding principle - must be "what is best for all" and secondly there must be no ego here.
So you'll see... this is the key to the success when it comes to work in the team. YES... it is so simple but yet we have missed it many times in our projects and endeavors which ended up as a big failure because our business partner/s was not honest and/or sincere. And then as a result of these experiences we have come to the point when we said that we will never again do any business with another person.
And you are absolutely right. I would support you in your decision to not enter into any kind of relationships ( business, personal etc. ) with any person having big ego. But at the same time you must not forget that once 2 or more people give up/stop their ego and decide to work in oneness and equality for the best of all then working in a team is great fun, extremely effective and beneficial for you as well as them and for the whole world.
So... I know that many of us had at least one bad experience with our business partners ( even though we regarded them as our best friends ) but still I encourage all of you to work in the team and with the team. But don't be fool and don't get yourself into troubles again just because you did not get to know well your partner before getting into doing business with him/her. Thus get to know each other well first.
But even if you do attract into your life a business partner with the ego, don't go immediately into saying in disappointment "not again !!!". Within this type of situation it is very important to investigate whether your partner reflects unto you what is hidden and suppressed within you. And thus you should see whether it is necessary that you make the change within yourself instead of blaming your partner for being dishonest with you.
I will keep you updated on how it goes with our project and how it goes with the team work. Though - as I said before - I am very content that I am doing this project right now together with other people.
